Advice on buying land with planning: catalunya.
I'm looking to buy a building plot near Miravet on the Ebre. I have family in the area (Expats) who bought a plot with a casa ruin and have built a house on the footprint double the size. They didn't apply for planning and nothing has been said, so far. ????
The land I'm looking at has permission for a 50m2 dwelling and has a ruin casa on the land.
Basically, if I buy it I want total transparency with regard to the conveyancing and the escatura. Too many people I know out there seem complacent about these things and trust the matter to someone else with unknown credentials.
Please advise or share your experience.
