Since the crisis, is it not the case to get in more money the government put a limit on what could be classed as garden and over that would be classed as agricultural? Thus having different tarrifs for size and use?

Try the area around Loja in Granada province loads of country properties with land , some needing renovation, there are many ex pats living around the area but not on top of each other
