I just saw this is the latest Money Saver Spain newsletter

Once a new law is approved, 902 numbers for customer services in Spain will be banned. This is good news for consumers as 902 numbers have a higher tariff and have historically been a way for companies to make money off the woes of their clients!'

How true having had to pay 6€ extra this month to Movistar (thought they had hiked the prices again) having had to phone Linea Directa to sort out a problem they caused on their 902 number.
