Hello! I´d like to ask you a question. I am a young entrepeneur woman graduate in psychology and pursuing a master´s degree in human resources. I´m from Murcia (sorry if I make a mistake, I´m improving my english :lol: ) and I know there are a lot of foreign people living here.
I´d like to know if you think there could be a good idea to set up a personnel selection company specialized in domestic staff (cleaning staff, caregivers...-also because I´ve seen much retired people who come to live here because of the good weather-) and recruiting and work with people in Alicante and Murcia area. In any case, i´d like to know if you think another psychological service can work with foreign people who live here.

The thing is that many sites like this exist and otherwise you have classified sections or companies advertising directly: https://www.elparasol.es/
Unless you have a bigger budget than these companies, how would people even find you? You would have to invest a lot of money in advertisement etc.
