Most properties are availble from more than one agent and if you visit either of the two EAs in Benijofar, I am sure they will have that house on their books.

Your experience with the first agent reminded me of the problems we had with a Spanish estate agent when we were first looking for a house to buy - would only make an appointment a couple of days in advance to view one house per day (in spite of the fact that we had very limited time as we were on holiday) and wanted to show us properties that were unsuitable or over our budget. Another British one was no better - took us to see one house she didn't even have the keys for so we could only see the outside!

But not quite so bad as the one another agent took us to where the lamp posts on the side of the property were about to fall off the cliff due to erosion, and the property was on an almost vertical plot.
then there was the agent that took us to see 5 properties all because they were near each other, even though many didnt meet the specification. The best one in many ways was the one that we would have had to flatten.
we used to moan about estate agents in the UK but they almost seem professional compared to many you will find out here. The best so far has been a small Spanish business, they seem to tell less lies than the English.
