Feb 2000 if I remember correctly.

I have to say I was very impressed by the amount of surveys and tests that were need to get the insurance. I did all these (at considerable expense) but I was advised that if you had done all this you could always apply for the insurance at any time within the 10 years.

We have been there now for over 8 years and have no intention of selling so the situation won't arise. At least I know that it was built properly!

Techincally yes. My house commenced construction in 2003, completed in 2005, technical reports dated 2007, insurance certificate dated 2012...........
