Uk income requirement for family
Hello,
I have a question with the income requirement for spouse visa. My husband is British, I'm American and we live in the US but plan to eventually move to england. We have 2 children together. If we get our children british passports and they have dual citizenship then does my husband only need to reach the 18,600 income requirement? Or does it not matter if they are dual citizens and count toward the higher guideline? Hope this makes sense...

I'm sure our resident Guru on these matters will be along later in the day, but I believe that so long as the children have UK passports then yes, you are correct that your husband only needs to meet the £18,600 income requirement. You can also use savings or a mix of savings/salary.
