I think this thread may have run its course, but just for anyone still keeping their finger on the pulse, please note that sales were up again this last March, quite considerably too. The government's measures have tempered appetites a little, but momentum is still strong.

it's been said earlier in this thread, the property market here is prone to volatility, because it lacks mass, it doesn't take much to change sentiment.

That said, sentiment, for now, remains quite buoyant, perhaps also as many buyers are high-wealth individuals from China who continu to see Singapore as a safe place to park their money.

Still, given current price levels, I believe we're in bubble territory. So anyone looking to buy now, caveat emptor.
