Exclamation Singapore Landline Phonenumber

I am trying to ring an old friend in Singapore, it is said the number I call is not valid anymore. Is there any new changes in the number, do I have to put another digit in the front of old number???

depends how old the number you're using is...try sticking a 6 in front of it (but after the 65 country code) and see it if works - that was added 3 or 4 years ago - not sure if there have been any changes since.
