I just got an email from Singapore airlines that they are changing their reservation systems and that I should check in early for my flight on the 8th of July. The problem is that I have never made such booking. I logged in into their website and I was shocked to see a pending reservation. I had to call them a couple of times and spend 2 hours on the website and the phone for them to change it. No payment has been taken and they cancel it in the end, but hey, it is supossed to be one of the best airlines in the world and it is booking me into flights I don't ask for?? Has anyone had any similar experience?
