What level of Salary would you require to live comfortably in Singapore?

I would say it's all dependent on two issues: housing and school.

If your company covers (or subsidises) both then it will be easier for the numbers to add up. Assuming there are no childrens' school fees to consider, do a calculation in reverse fashion by looking for property rental prices first. If you're in the 30-50% range then that should still be doable - anything more and you need to aim for a higher salary.

Inflation is really bad in Singapore. Rent has gone up significantly these 2 years, a condo 3 bedder rent can range from $5k-10k/month depending on where you live. Local schools are affordable but difficult to get in for expats. Transport via cab can be high too but train would be fine. Separately, you have to consider insurance as medical fees are costly especially for specialists and operations.
