Restaurant recomendations please

We will be in Singapore at the end of March, we will be taking important clients out to dinner. I have got most nights sorted, but am struggling with finding a restaurant for a particular client. They already live in Singapore, looking for 5 star restaurant, the only cuisine I dont like is sushi. We already have dinners planned at Raffles, Equinox, 1 Altitude and the Ritz Carlton so would like to avoid those. We are staying at the Ritz Carlton, so I suppose somewhere a 15 minute taxi ride from there would be the far as we would want to go.

I would be grateful of any suggestions you can make for me.

Wolfgang Puck's Cut at Marina Bay Sands is fantastic! Had dinner there two weeks ago. IMO that's about as 5-star as you can get. If it's not raining then it will be a nice walk across the helix bridge from the Ritz Carlton to Marina Bay Sands. My only beef about Cut was that the noise level of all the dinner guests talking can get a tad annoying. Otherwise, our steaks and lobster were bliss!

Thanks for the reply. I had a look at the restaurant on line, it looks good certainly worth a visit when I get there.
