Hi all,
So if anyone has seen any previous posts of ours we are finally coming over for an interview process. It's all looking very promising. 😊 I am just wandering if anyone would be free on Monday (1/8/16) to advise me on the do's and dont's of moving over as my partner will be in his interview all day so I thought I could have a small insight? We will be staying on orchard road ( if that helps at all?)
Also what are the best places to meet people online to make friends before/when we move over?
Thanks
Sarah 😉

Hi Sarah
I would be able to meet you on Mon 1st.
My wife and I moved here in March for her secondment, i haven't found work yet so have time to spare.
We are a professional couple in our early 40's, but don't have kids. We probably haven't made the most of our 4 months here in terms of joining in and socialising, but feel like we have got around most of the island and through the domestic arrangements, and i am happy to share our experience if you like. (this is my first post on this forum as i attempt to start branching out to meet more people)
I am close to orchard road so no hassle to meet you if it sounds like a useful perspective for you
regards
Jason
