Looking for a 1 bedroom condo
 

Hi all,

I moved from London to Singapore a year ago (originally from Shanghai). I'm looking for a one-bedroom apartment or studio, because my current landlord wants to sell his apartment. Does anyone have any recommendation? I've viewed the Alexis on Alexander road, but the room is too small and hot!

I'm sure there must be a nicer one...My expectation is a room less than $2,400, and is walking distance from the MRT (less than 15 mins).

I'm also looking for a cleaning company with a good reputation. Any advice would be appreciated!
