Bringing DVD's into Singapore

Bringing DVD's into Singapore
I've been reading up on the restrictions put in place on DVD's etc taken into Singapore. It states that they can't be violent or pornographic. Well, several of our DVD's could easily fall into the first category (making no comment on the second ). Nothing really gruesome I don't think, movies like Kill Bill for example. Will we really have to leave these behind or risk being charged for some government official to watch each one and determine it's suitability?!

Hi RedT,
By and large, if you bring in DVDs for your personal consumption & not in quantities that the, ahem, concerned & caring authorities would find objectionable (i.e. not a container's worth, I suppose), you'll be alright.
