How is this area for convenience?
Looking for 3 bed 2 bath with car parking? Pool and Gym? Alternatively is the market going south or north or steady at the moment? As could potentially buy out right. |

Tanglin shopping center may be the nearest, Having said the above there are quite a few condos in the area and the missus was quite interested in one about 20 plus years ago but we didn't go for it. The missus says a few of the condos have been done up a bit lately. |

Buses are usually good in Singapore, but I'm not sure that many bus route along that area..

And was hoping you would say things like no bars in the area, as quiet and calm is what I would be seeking. Ability to lock up 3 weeks of the month while I travel |
