Why should he be arrested for being in the wrong parking spot ? That's ludicrous.

Parking in a wrong place today, mass murderer tmw, it's a slippery slope and the cops were right to bring a stop to this mans parking and possible on going rampant murder (maybe) spree now while he is vulnerable. :@)

The guy said he got out of his vehicle and stood in front of the cop! Why? He was asked to move so why not just say "my daughter is just there on the corner officer I will move in 1 minute" or edge forward a few feet and continue to wait.

It's a bit odd and one of them wait n see what the cops saw first.

Least they did not shoot him and then Taser him to make sure he was not a threat. He was lucky in that respect.

There is nothing to suggest he was wanted for a crime or was on the run. He was simply waiting for his daughter

The cop could have asked him politely to move his automobile and surely he would have complied.

His story will be borne out plus the video helps a lot

Eventually there will be a half-baked apology, plus financial compensation courtesy of the taxpayer,

The cop will be assigned desk duty, but will not be suspended or fired. The union would never permit it.
