Default State sponsorship QLD or WA?

Hi,

I am an IT Professional from a HR country and applied for Australian immigration in Feb 2009 as 175 CSL, but now I have two State sponsorships letters one from WA and other from QLD,

I need to know as per currents DIAC policy which state (among these two) is better for IT profession and family living, or do I go for 175 CSL?

Experts comments Plzzz.

I'm not an expert, but my recommendation would be to wait for the 175. You should have a CO within 2 months anyway.

accepting state sponsorship would get you a CO in the next month or so. for CSL-175, you'd get before may end. you decide...

btw, what was your WA sponsorship timeslines?

Faarking hell dude, 10 days????? State sponsorship takes 6-8 weeks.

If you're this impatient at this stage, I'd hate to see what happens if you haven't got your Visa in 3 months. (Bear in mind that even if you get a CO in 10 days, you could still wait up to 6 months for a Visa Grant if you are in a High Risk country)

Yes...after allocation of CO..you may have to wait for 6 months..but that is very unusual...few people from HR even got visa in few days times..after the CO allocation..
