I need say no more other than it actually works!
Absolutely brilliant. Get one from your local chemist today.
Why in gods name did someone not tell me about this when I moved here?
Enjoy

I got mine in Asda in the UK, have to agree wonderful invention. One of my technically minded friends told me it should also work using an electronic bbq lighter if you are caught short (so to speak) didn't fancy the idea of blowing up but really should work in principal at least
would make sure it didn't have gas in it first though

I take a vitamin B1 and B complex supplement to avoid them coming near me, they were feasting on me a while ago!
Looks interesting though, how much is it?

They're only a couple of bucks. Have to say I think you become immune to the zap after a while. Worked a treat when we first got one, now it does nothing except hurt if you've got a bite on a boney bit. OK on a bit of thick flesh though

These "clickers" just annoyed me. They seemed so good and so simple, but proved very ineffective over time. They might be good if all you get is a small red bump.
I suffer from TERRIBLE mozzie bits and get severe reactions to them. The little bugger love me. I have tried everything to piss them off, including Vitamin B3 and B complex packages which seemed to work for a while, but just stopped working after a while. They supposed to change your blood chemistry to make it unpalatable to the moz. I plan to keep taking them during this summer anyway, perhaps the Winter off will help.
Personally, I now take a single Telfast pill with 180mg of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride each day and it blocks the Histamine generation. So I still get bitten from time to time, but I don't swell up in large lumps or feel like my skin is crawling anymore. Awesome!

Hi Everyone,
Avon Skin So Soft is supposed to be the stuff to use to prevent getting bitten, apparently they don't like the taste.
Haven't tried it myself but heard lots of people recommending it.
As one who gets bitten a lot whilst my OH doesn't get touched I will be trying both the clicker and the skin so soft.
Thanks All.

it's true ...... now one of Avon UK's biggest selling products.
has a lovely smell to us mere mortals but the mozzies do not like it. Added bonus - keeps legs and arms lovely and soft.
It's a dry oil spray - but you need the blue topped one - not any other colour.
