my fiancee and i are currently in australia on a working holiday visa and are going to apply for a skilled regional migration visa. we were planning on doing it by ourselves but after reading the website it seems everybody else goes through an agent. does anyone know wheather it is an advantage to go through an agent or can people make it on their own? also how much does an agent cost and does anyone know of any in queensland, we are currenty in the bisbane area but are planning on moving up to the whitsundays in a couple of weeks.
thanks

As a general principle, all visas are do-able without professional assistance, but much depends on your own level of comfort researching and handling what is likely to be one of the few occasions when you are preparing such paperwork.
