My wife suffered a nasty ankle/foot injury several years ago, and we've decided it's time to take things easier - the physical work here's just a little too much for her to cope with day to day. Time to let our equity work for us rather than the other way round.

Thanks Arris. I'd happily build another house - we've got our eye on a 10 acre plot close by, with an existing house on that would need major renovation. Just have to see what's available once our current property is sold.
