They're a con and only for the deperate. They make their money out of the above mentioned fees, and by offering you about 30-40% less than market value. Don't do it!

My friend used one of these companies (without asking her friends' advice) and they paid her a pittance, put in new carpets, a new (CHEAP) kitchen, new (CHEAP) bathroom, and sold it 3 months later for twice what they's paid her. Another kind friend (no longer) emailed us all to let us know that the house was on the market again. One friend lived and learned and the other friend has no friends now. Guess which is which!!

Life's a b**ch, and then you have to leave UK in a hurry and consequently do some very silly things by mistake.

We've all been there, we don't need anyone to tell us how very silly we were!!

we had a letter from National Home Buyers offering to buy our house. I did a little research into them and they are complete robbing gits. They will offer you a considerable amount less than the market price (a 270,000 house was offered 205,000) and they are, apparently, extremely rude when they enter your home and have no customer skills what so ever.

It would be great if we could sell our house hassle free to an organisation who let you rent from them until your ready to leave...but...we're not prepared to be robbed. We need that money, so we'll carry on waiting
