Dish Network - Setanta
Up until now you could only get Setanta on DirecTV but it looks like Dish Network will now have it as an "A la carte" choice - presumably between $9.99 & $14.99.
Free on Channel 406 at the moment.

I called Dish earlier and they told me the RWC would be regular programming and not PPV.

OMG! I died and went to heaven earlier watching my boys take the RWC '95 trophy - what blooming great memories that brought back.
