Assurance of Support agent needed!!!!
I had posted this question in another thread, but was told to try posting it here instead.
My parents have just been let down with there Assurance of Support and want to know if anyone has used an agent to get there AoS. If so can they advise who is reliable and how much it will probably cost and how long it will take. Any links or email addresses would be appreciated.
There AoS will be over a 10 year period as it is a contributory parent visa they are applying under.
Please PM me if preferred.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Stuart.

Use the search facility and type in something like 'assurance of support company' and you'll get some names etc.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Thanks!
It does seem to be discussed but there don't seem to be many, if any names of agents/companies that DO actually assure and any experiences people have had with them....

I know of a couple of people who do this sort of thing but it's quite
expensive. email me on [email protected] if you want me to put you
in touch with them.

Who was supposed to do the AOS in the first place? In general, the 10 year AOS is a significant risk because after 2 years migrants can claim welfare and this will be recovered from the assurer. Normally, only those who are very close relatives will be willing to undertake a 10 year AOS.
Did you not consider the temporary contributory parent visa as an option?

Stuart.
If applying for a CPV you might want to consider using the two stage route using both subclass 143 and 173, as the AoS isn't required for the first two years in this approach, which would give you enough time to qualify as the assurer in your own right. I think you're in for a shock about what a 10 year AoS might cost.
Cheers,
