I shall be paying a barclays loan from Australia - it will be a pain in the rear but then, isn't debt generally a pain in the rear, no matter where you've incurred it!

I doubt very much you would get a job in one of the many Australian phone companies call centres located in India

I was wondering the same thing, well not for me of course my 'friend' is leaving australia, do I/sorry does he have to pay out my/ sorry his dominos pizza account, I dont really think they would chase us/him for $590.95, might even have a splurge before we/he goes, ring up another 10 beef meat a saurus and a couple of sides of hot fudge bars.

Plus the house in Southpark Lakes, do you really have to pay out the mortage if you leave, I mean how would anyone know if we left the country, der theres no way to track that is there? Would the mortage co really be worried about not paying them back, surely not

And my 'friend' also wants to ask about centerlink do you really need to tell them you no longer live in australia, why would that be

We also rang up a bit of debt on 2 jetskis, a black 4WD, a small 40foot boat and a couple of dirt bikes, is it right you have to pay these out if you leave, I mean we wont be using them anymore why should we pay.

If anyones worked in debt collection and can give me and my 'friend' some idea of how we go about this, surely nobody is going to worry about a miserly few hundred thousand. .

Dont flame me the exchange rate is really poor at he moment and I promised the wife a nice semi with a perspex south facing conservatory and promised the kids a new hoodie and flick knife on our return.
