There's a question too whether or not he is ready, or wants to marry you!
A marriage counselor is highly advisable.

I apologise in advance if I am wrong here.

Your typing style is reminiscent of a young child. I dont wish to be offensive and recognise that English may not be your first language. Please examine how you have asked your questions and come back with a request that might suggest you are over the age of 12.

Good luck with your queries

Try checking out www.uscis.gov for the different methods. You might also want to have a consultation with an immigration attorney to discuss which route is best for you. Just to let you know, though, it's ok to marry in the USA and then return to the UK for visa processing. Don't overstay your time in the USA, that will cause problems. Yes, your boyfriend will need to show a certain amount of income to sponsor you. Your income is irrelevant. You need to be very clear on the process, especially since you are involving your daughter.

Best Wishes,
Rene

Have you met in person before? I get the impression that you have only known him via email and phone calls. (Plus, you're calling him your boyfriend and not your fiance.)

my question is..could i actually marry him whilst out there then come home and apply for avisa??? ... or if i married him while out there.would this cause me any problems??on getting avisa. ... and if i married him whilst out there to see him am i breaking any laws???
In this very short post, you've asked three separate times if marrying him while you're visiting will break any laws or cause any problems. Since this seems to be of great concern to you, it would be a good idea to have a consultation with a qualified immigration attorney.

and would the best visa be the fiance once??
If you marry while in the US, you are no longer eligible for a K1 fiancee visa, because you will no longer be his fiancee. You might be eligible for a K3 spousal visa, as you would then be his spouse. You would have to return to the UK before your I-94 expires.

and do i need to have any savings to emragrate and be with him...??or does he for that matter also what else is involved...
While you don't technically need funds to sponsor the visas for you and your daughter, you won't be able to work in the US for several months, so having some savings will help. Your boyfriend's income will not only need to be enough to satisfy the minimum income requirements for your visa and adjustment of status applications, but also to simply pay for two additional people in his household.

As for his income requirements, check this PDF document on the 2006 Income Guidelines -- you'll want to look at the 125% columns.

is it straight forwardish.
For many people, "immigration" and "straightforward" typically do not belong in the same sentence together, unless "straightforward" is proceeded by "not really".

and i also have adaughter whom will be wanting to take alsoooo.
Sooooo, do you have the legal ability to remove your daughter from the UK and take her to live in a foreign country? Do you have permission from her father and/or the courts do to this?

Why UK.

Or is it a comment on the standards of the UK State education?

I see now, shows in the first reply.

The quality of her original post, you may have assumed that it was down to the benefits of the Comprehensive Schools system.

As for the quality of UK education, I don't have any direct experience with it so I really couldn't comment. I will say that her writing style does evoke the image of a very young person (17-20 years old) who thinks it's cool to write the way she speaks and doesn't realize how it makes her look unintelligent.

I cringe, unfortunately too close to reality.
