It will be nice for you to have a record of the house going up. Keep taking the photos!

When the ground is cleared and even when the slab goes down, you'll look and go "OMG! It looks tiny", I know I did. Our 4 bed house we've just finished building is now massive - the 3 bedrooms can fit 2 double beds in each one with ample room to walk around in and put other items of furniture and the master bedroom we can have our entire house warming party in!!!

pretty gud plot really........ 22 frontage going back by 30...... quite a wide piece..... most regular pieces are 18 frontages.....
one of the requirements is that u build 6 metres back..... but we have been able to come slightly forward more by lowering the garage..... which means the drive wont be as steep too - just as well i went arse ova tit down our rented drive - pebble dashed drives are lethal when wet esp if there is no grip on ya trainers! .....i dunno if you can see from the 2nd picture..... the land drops down where the garage will be
