Looks like DIMIA staff has taken training from railway department to follow LIFO method. Pre-july train is getting late day by day..
For last three months we are hearing about allocation/processing of April-04 but no news of May-June04.
When is DIMIA taking pain of just to think about these months.......
Thanks

Anyway, here's a snippet of a newsletter that I received today:
4) Update on Skilled Processing in Adelaide
Skilled Visas
* Complete applications lodged in Jan 05 processed in 9 days
* 10 times normal load at moment
* Off-shore – letter within 7 days (40 000 in pipeline)
* Case officers to give full written assess and complete doc request within 6 weeks
* All old cases (prior 07/04) to be completed by 30/06/05
* This will improve overall processing as case officers will be released
