I have been asked by a newspaper journalist doing an editorial to list the main reasons why our customers choose a particular migration agent/company and what the customers found was the deciding factor in choosing a particular agent. I would really appreciate any feedback you can provide and thank you in advance for any contribution you make.

We went with Synchronicity One based in Byron Bay and can not praise them (and especially our Agent Mira) enough. I can honestly say if it had not been for her attention to detail and insistence in getting the letter of reference just spot on (we had to do it 4 times!!!!!!!!) I think we would have thrown the towel in early in the process. But here we are with a nice shiney new visa each and just working our notices before the big move

we used go matilda, mainly because the guy (at the time) who was doing the TRA prep used to be a big wig at the TRA. So if anyone could get us through he could (and did)

We used John Nye, through recommendation from others on this site, fantastic friendly top class service,
#6
We are using Ian Harrop on recommendation from friends.....but the deciding factor was him being aware of our chance of citizenship where others didn't have a clue!! C x

We used Advantage Migration, first encounter with them was at the Auz Expo just over 2 years ago, very professional, great help and everything went very smoothly!

We used "Go Matilda". And the deciding factors were:
1. MARA registered
2. Reputation
3. Good service on initial enquiry (personal call back from the owner within 24 hours of email enquiry).
4. Price
The poll would only allow one choice and I "ticked" reputation. But, if someone had a great reputation but didn't repond promptly to the initial enquiry and/or charged a high fee, I would go with another company.
And I would never touch a cowboy outfit (unregistered agent).

We used Overseas emigration as their attitude and service gave us the most confidence from the start and I have to say they have been briliant the whole way through the process.

Another one here who is using Go Matilda, finding them excellent so far
We were told to use them by people already over there
but we still rang a few up and they were by far the most helpful on the phone, BEFORE even taking your money.

We initially started our enquirys with four corners who took quite a bit of money off us before they had actually done anything, they then told us we did not have a secure case to pass the skills assesment.
After more enquirys with other agents we found that Australian migration associates were the most helpful and seemed very confident with our case. As they are a small agency we felt we received a personal service and have been very impressed up to yet, we also passed the skills assesment with flying colours.
I would recommend AMA to anyone.

We chose ours because they were offering a no visa no fee deal
So far no complaints with the service received and time will tell regarding the fee :scared:
