Can I move to Brabados without a work permit? I have my own income.

Short answer: No, unless you have citizenship.
Long answer will depend on your circumstances. Sometimes Immigration will let people stay longer than the usual visitor's stay depending on various things like owning property, showing ability to support oneself for certain length of time, having a spouse here on a work permit, and many other reasons.
