Hi Mags
I emigrated to SA from the UK in 1980, I am married and have three sons, 22,21 and 17. I loved SA for many years but now I am so fed up with the attitude of entitlement, lack of service, crime, , BEE,the list goes on and on. There isn't even any decent public transport. I would move to any other country in the world other than Africa or the middle east.
All three of my boys want to move overseas when they have got their degrees as they see no future here in SA. The universities have a "quota" system and if your daughter ever wants to do medicine, forget it.
At UKZN some of the students who think they have the right to get free everything are going into lectures and the other students whilst they are in class and doing exams.
Go with your gut feel and I wish you great success.

More good news - it appears that not being robbed now makes headlines. Of course, they were robbed, but this being South Africa it's important to make sure people aren't being robbed in your game park!

Thanks for posting that, its really quite funny. It pays to have a sense of humour living here, I think we would all go quite mad without one.
