Engagement to L-1 holder - can I get a Visa?
Hi, My girlfriend is a Mexican citizen but is currenly living and working in the US on L-1. I am a British citizen and we plan to get engaged and then married. My question is; Once we are engaged is there any Visa that I can apply for in order to be with her in the US until we get married? (I already hold a B2 visa but am nearing the end of my 6 month stay)

But after you get married, you can get an L-2. You might want to move up the wedding date.
