Default how can i obtain PR visa for my newborn

hi
i have recieved my PR visa for canada last week and planning to move in october. however my new born has neither got the PR visa nor her name was in our family list as we got our visa before she was born. please advise me how can i obtain PR visa for her before moving to canada.

1. If you read the information that came with your visa, you will note that says if your family composition changes you must inform the visa office.
2. I am assuming that neither the mother or the father is Canadian.
3. You will have to return the visa, and your application will have to be amended to add the child. The child will require a passport, a medical and you will have to pay the $150 fee.
