I'm sorry to hear that things are so difficult for you. If you want to separate from your wife and remain in the UK, you need assistance to explore your options. The Citizens Advice website I linked to in my last post has links to specialist immigration lawyers and advises that it may be possible to receive this advice free of charge. Please read the links and follow the advice given. Domestic violence is not just physical violence, it's also emotional abuse, controlling behaviour and withholding necessities such as food. I would strongly advise you to visit your doctor and talk about the situation with him/her - if after seeking specialist advice you find that you are able to apply to remain in the UK on the basis of experiencing abuse from your partner then evidence from your doctor would be important. Your doctor may also be able to help you in other ways, so please do make an appointment to see them. Wishing you the best of luck.

Are you more concerned about your wife or your visa status?

If you want to talk about my wife i need a whole day to explain but I will go with it and make it simple for you ... I sleep with the dogs without food, clean whole house, wash her clothes and cook while she watch tv, I am not allowed to work cuz they will stop her benefits, I got diabetes type 1 injecting myself twice a day without proper food, I do everything I helped her but she treat me less than her animals, if i she wants me to go to the street without food or money or a job, I have to be concerned about who please? If her son threats me because of my religion, you want me to be concerned about my life or about her watching tv.. please when people seeking a help cuz in my country they don't treat diabetes and I want to keep my treatment here cuz i got it because of stress 24/24, people like you come to talk about visa and this shit..

Then you posted " …. I am worried that I will lost my status here (visa) then they send me home. " It looks to me like you married a severally troubled woman so you could get a visa to live in the UK.

Yes sure I called them but it looks like they don't know anything... they said to call police or see a lawyer but I can't offer my food let alone a solicitor, just try to feel it when someone with diabetes is hungry, I don't want her to be in problem with police as she has mental illness and she doesn't need more stress I want a peaceful solution to have my DVILR without problems for her

I said I don't want any problem for her and I don't want to live less than a dog mister VISA

The people on this forum are all lay people. We cannot help you with a complex legal matter like this. You need to speak to Citizens Advice and see if they can organise for you to speak to a lawyer regarding your visa, and your legal position in the UK if you split fromn your wife.
Many legal firms will give a brief overview cheaply or free of charge, and you may even be eligible for Legal Aid.

No one on here is going to be able to solve your problem - it seems like you are basically asking what will happen to your visa if you leave your wife. We are not going to be able to answer that as there are too many other factors involved. That is why you need professional advice.

If you want people on here to remain sympathetic and to continue to try to help then I suggest you stop insulting them.

if you come back to all my responses, you will find me explaining my situation and seeking some advices ... but for someone who is polish and try to be hypocrit and lick the boots ... by making me as a person trying to get a visa and stay here ... I think he is a bit rude not me. And if i want to stay i could do it illegally and live till i sort it out but i am trying to seek a legal way ... anyway my point is if somalone like him can't help at least he can read and keep silent

thanks
