Hi Guys, Can any one give us some advise on which migration company to use? We have trawled the net and have gotten mixed up with the amount of companies out there offering the best deals and help with visas.

Try contacting Sherie at Migrate Mates (based on the Gold Coast). We used them and they have been fantastic!

Didn't use one myself but two names that keep cropping up on here with good reputations are George Lombard and Alan Collett. Good luck.

In order to safeguard your money and time you must make sure you appoint a registered migration agent and ask for their individual registration number as not all agents are registered in the UK.
Also ask Do you want an agent based in the UK or would it help to have one in Oz? Do you want a formal relationship with your agent, maybe one where you have an initial interview and then don't see or hear much from your agent or do you want an agent offering a more thorough personal service maybe one that gives real help and advice on the moving aspect of migrating as well as helping you obtain a visa?
Some agents help with relocation services such as meeting clients at the airport, show you different areas to live in, suitable schools, some help you find work, and they may invite you to social gatherings such as barbis etc. So ask what other services they provide.
Also consider how quickly they respond to emails and other subsequent phone calls and questions and how well you relate to a particular company or agent.
There are many types of agents so its important to be clear of their differences. Yes look at the ones people recommend and ask lots of questions but ultimately try and find the right agent that relates and works best for you!

Thanks Gill for the recommendation and the
A lot of people on BEXPs use George Lombard, Ian Harrop and Alan Collett of Go Matilda and these are all highly recommended and experienced registered migration agents too.
