Converting a .caf file into mp3?

Converting a .caf file into mp3?
I am a technical !DOH! I have a file which was created on quickvoice on my iphone, I accidently deleted it from the phone but it still remains on my computer, yet I can't get it back onto my quickvoice. So in short, if I had it as an mp3 I could just keep it in my itunes. (It's a song that my school in Northern Ireland made and sung to me on the day I left so is very precious! 
)

To save to MP3 is a little bit of a faff (you need to find the Lame MP3 encoder 'lame_enc.dll', mine was in C:\Windows\system32).
