Yea - it was removed - it was a test feed set-up by the BBC in conjunction with some UK based ISPs to try proper Internet broadcasts. Who knows - they may actually start broadcasting online this year. In the mean time, if you're happy to pay for it, there's this - http://www.liveuktv.com/index.asp (not tried it myself, but the test streams look okay).
