Listen out for Dooobai, it will annoy you just as much.

I have been hearing every day this week, the top news story after the weather and the endless discussions on the radio, going on and on as they do, about this guy Sunnyville Williams. It wasn't until I saw it written down that I learned his name was Sonny Bill.

It only took me about a year to figure that 'Jay Gaboram', the world famous NZ Cricketer, was in fact named Jacob Oram.

On a similar note to day-boo - pronouncing premiere as pree-meere

"The season pree-meere of ..."

Proper English lol - Day-b-ewe (sounds right in my head though might not make sense to anyone else lol)

i like dub dub dub. nice n quick. I generally dont use the www bit at all (eg "go to stuff.co.nz" rather than "go to www.stuff.co.nz) but i find i do have to remind certain people to put the www bit in. Which is when dub dub dub is very handy

No not your imagination, they do say the same for both; woman for more than one woman.

There's an advert on the radio that goes 'all the woman of.. blah, blah' and it drives me insane. Its cool though, cos when I hear blokes going off on one, whining about woman being bad drivers etc., I can assume it is just the one woman and usually ask who she is.

Another one that gets to me, is all the woman being called Ma'am.

Had to laugh the other day when I heard someone refer to very tight swimming trunks as " Budgie Smuglers"

Nearly made me wet myself
