I saw them for $5.99 today. Infact I spent my trip going round the supermarket veggie aisle shaking my head in disgust at the prices for green veg. A small green pepper was $3.49, thankfully I have a few homegrown ones left. I'm very fed up of living like this.

I think I might have a go at growing them this year, just for the hell of it!
Tried to get a red pepper at Countdown, Whangaparaoa today........they didn't have any! I was going to make sweet and sour pork for dinner but no peppers of any colour and no pork fillet either .

Chur bro! Bought a huge section today and my architect is currently designing our 6 bedroom/6 bathroom house with heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym, pool room, tiki bar, steam room and spa.

I try to inject the odd 'I say!'. My friend asked if I wanted a couple of cukes and a pepper but he wouldn't pick them until we were going to run into each other. I went to his house and he took the shears into the garden and so I got them fresh off the vine.

If I can find a pith helmet and a monocle somewhere I'll give 'Quite!' and 'Just so!' some exercise as well. Fresh case of tonic so I'm ready.
