Can the rain now stop please.

Just that really.

The bottom of our section is now a pond. Flooding on the main & only road in and out.

Soggy . Soggy. Soggy and over it.

On a good note though the only clear fine sunny day recently was on me birthday.

Not yet. Traditionally farmers announce the first week of spring by declaring a drought and demanding government assistance.

Did manage to get some washing dry today (between showers)

Erm.

Please stop with the wet stuff.

1 - It is messing with plans others have made for us & which keeps being postponed.
2 - It has reduced the bottom of our section to a duck pond for a lonely widower drake
3 - My tanks are full and overfloweth.

It's been diabolical.
As my brother said yesterday. If it had been like this when we first arrived, we would have gone straight home again:blink:

TBH we just come to expect it and one rainy day after another, all just blends into another and I hadn't actually noticed that we had significantly more rain than usual.

So far in 2017 we have experienced the wettest start to the year ever, the wettest March ever, the wettest April ever, the wettest hour ever, the wettest day ever, the third wettest month ever and more recently the wettest July ever, it just gets wetter and wetter.

I agree with Mrs Fychan and don't expect much improvement until the latter part of October.

I enjoy the odd drink OK? Jeeze, some people.

Back to the weather, some sunshine wouldn't go amiss. Our willow tree is saying spring but the weather is saying "not so fast." :)

Can you send the rain over here please? Our dry spell is going on longer than I'd like.

I'd happily take some of it but got fractionally more chance of getting it from NZ than Texas.

You drive a hard bargain. Not sure I trust Aus Post to be honest.

Not yet. Traditionally farmers announce the first week of spring by declaring a drought and demanding government assistance. but a government is not taking any action.
