Well sure, 2 weeks level 3 lockdown followed by another 3 weeks of level 2 may well quell things, but do we do the same in November, then February?

It's just good luck we weren't in this place...

I would suspectit's inevitable it will be linked to quarantine hotel, or workers at airport, airline staff etc., unless it's being spreading only amongst symptomatic people for last 100 or so days....

Price fall of at least 10% seems inevitable, prices were ridiculously high beforehand and unaffordable, soon there's going to be 10% + unemployment, massive decrease in tourism and so income into NZ....
