Can you not buy it in dutyfree? Watch out if you've got an onward connection though - my Dad had his dutyfree taken off him in transit at Amsterdam as it wasn't put in the required sealed plastic...

We faxed them (common-law sponsorship through London) at the 5mth point because OH had a course place offer that was only open to PRs and we needed to know before paying the deposit if he was going...
