I think it was only delivered because I send it via FedEx. The previous package was send via USPS so they wouldn't deliver until she agreed to the charge which is why I told her to return it.

She worked for TCEQ in Houston and Austin for several years before transferring to PUC. There is a hiring freeze on for most State jobs at the moment and given her treatment, she is not keen to work...
