Indeed. He needn't have his own gun and ammo, he could simply whack the bullets back at anyone shooting at him. :rofl:

And while on the run he could stay nourished from having a nice fry-up.

Of course. When things are against the law some people may disregard it. But crucially there will be more people NOT doing something because a licence is needed and they don't have one, than would be...

The area sealed off is only a few minutes away from where I am but the 'action' is some way off.
