I'm generalising of course, but the problem with recuiting Transit cops is that a) they always leave to join the regular police after a few months. and b) the good economy in Western Canada means...

You can't transfer as such. You just resign from whatever force you're in in the UK and then try and join a Canadian force. If you're already a Canadian citizen you could do it tomorrow.
