S386 just got approved in the senate though but as the bill is different to what was passed in the house it has to go back to the house blah blah

Am no expert but there are loopholes and tricks in every system and this is one of them. People could say being born in the US and a citizen, anchor babies etc is a loophole but it exists.

Yes you have to go where you matched. Yes I am not looking at too much in one particular location but most of my interviews are concentrated on the East Coast

Ha yeah the hospitals give a meal card to eat in the cafetaria not canteen as I been corrected! They all give health insurance and its around $40 a month for a single person. The hours suck but only...

true am no expert regarding income but for a $1m package would be more than likely very rural and you would be on call pretty much 24/7. Interesting you say hard in finance, one thing the pandemic...

Has anyone used Stackry or other such US forwarding services? They take parcels from Amazon US and other US stores then mail them onto the UK. They are based in NH, so no sales tax. Grateful to know...

I see your point but its all checks and balances. A doc starting out in the UK gets $35k and wont get past perhaps $90k even after decades of training. Sure some things are more expensive in the US...
