Agree with your sentiments 100%. Unfortunately, I don`t think this will solve the UK`s illegal immigrant problem. It may target a "few" but the vast majority will still be allowed to come...

Thanks for all the replies. In the end I did the sensible thing - got the number of a florist 2 miles from Mum`s house and rang them last night!!!

Thanks for that!!! Actually, am considering asking them to send mum a £500 shopping voucher (she`s on a pension so she could do with the dosh) on threat of Trading Standards if they don`t oblige!!!

That sounds very cheap - does it include collection from your house to Sydney Container Terminal and delivery from the Port of Felixstowe to wherever?
