We have our house up for sale in Cornwall - it's been on the market since mid-December. We marketed at £250,000 (£15,000 less than it was valued at by four agents, although the stamp duty threshold...

$15k is our maximum budget before HST...I've been looking at the XC70s...I like them a lot and you can pick up older ones relatively cheaply it seems...thanks for your input!
