Look to me like you possibly applied for the wrong thing or have the wrong impression of it.
In order to apply for (permanent) residence you will have to live/work in Germany for a period of 5 years...

You are best to use the online version rather than the installed app. It's a bandwidth hog.

TEAMS is an online service anyway, rather than something that needs to be on your PC.

The problem is that dope is a very old method, environmentally unfriendly and extremely flammable. You might be lucky if it's stocked in Hungary but I doubt others would want to ship it.

If you have your regular EU pet passport up to date, a chipped dog, and evidence of the original Rabies antibody test, that should be sufficient.
