Not sure, hopefully in the next two weeks. We are currently in a hotel in Melbourne, tying up a few lose ends. so I'm enjoying the break after all the stress of tiding packing looking for schools...

We've just been in this position, unfortunately there's no way out of it sort of speak, you will have to pay rent until the lease gets taken over.
